Wow, 345,000 miles is a lot. Thats like Diesel type longevity. How original was the drivetrain? Probably not the trans, but I can see the engine going that far under the right circumstances.

191000 all original drivetrain baby!!!! my a4ld still runs perfect. ive put abt 25K on it the three years ive had it. only had minor maintenance issues.

Sold my 1994 Ltd with 265,000 same tranny eng. ran great... but many small problems. Plus the winters killed it up here in MN. Still have one more 1994 Ltd it has 94,000.

But 3rd transmission... that OHV just needs a little lovin and it'll run forever!
