Good price for a new Exhaust?

I was talking to a Muffler shop today and they said they would change my muffler to a high flow muffler, change my cats to one highflow cat, and run 2.5 inch SS pipe from the headers back with all seams welded for $450. They claim that it will give 25 to 30 more HP and 20 to 25 ftlbs of more torque. Is this a good price or not?

I think I am going to go with it, but change the pipe size to 2.25" instead of the 2.5". Heard that it is better and maybe cheaper then $450. thanks guys. And yes It is stainless steel.

I would go for it. The high-flow cats are pretty expensive. I don't think you need the 2.5". A 4 liter doesn't move enough air to need that much pipe.
