I'm really curious if any one with the knowledge would build me a custom rear bumper/tire carrier for my 92 XL. Money isn't an object but not over a grand. Maybe strong enough to handle a 35" or 36" tire if it can happen. Any thoughts are welcome. THANKS!!!
