Im finally done. This weekend I installed my Warrior Shackles and did a Torsion twist. Today I traded in my Firestones for some 265/75/16 BFGs TA KO.

NICE MAN!! I love the look of your truck, it's so.. so.. KICK ASS!! The BFG tires are a nice touch, and I also like the look of the front grill guard, makes it look fierce especially if your coming up behind someone on the highway or street real fast!!

I'd really like to do some my 96xlt euroversion a little lift to. I'm thinking about add-a-leafs and a torsiontwist. My only consern is the airshocks (loadleveling) I have in the rear. You have them in your limited right? I'm afraid the lift will mess it up in some way. Did you experience any problems after lifting the rear?

Very nice, clean and mean! I'm about to exactly what you did but I'm still in the dark as to how exactly how much lift these mods will leave. It's hard to tell from your picts so will you please tell us how much higher you went in the end?

I was like damn 200mph speedometers on Explorers.... When did they start doing that on Explorers...then i remembered something your canadian....... my dream of a 200 MPH explorer out the window D**N!

I ordered mine without the airshocks. I have the ISA shocks all around. The Warrior Shackles were perfect.

exactly how much lift these mods will leave. It's hard to tell from your picts so will you please tell us how much higher you went in the end?

I ended up with 1 3/8" lift all around. I then went from 255/70/16 (30.5")to 265/75/16 (31.8
")

I immediately noticed a few things. My power had dropped but not enough to care. I have to turn my steering wheel more to get the same turn angle as before. ( I turn the wheel to the 6 o'clock position instead of the 4 o'clock to take a normal turn.) This morning comming to work I set my speed control on 72 mph to stay with the normally 78 mph crowd. I belive Im probally 5 mph off at 70 mph.
