Got a spare CB Radio

Hi there guys
As some of you know i'm doing a banger rally for Macmillan across europe in september. Some of the teams are fitting cb's to help with convoys and the like. Now i have no clue when it comes to these things but i thought it might be useful.

So have any of you got a basic cb laying around spare that you would let me have for peanuts as this is the only time i would need it. Or if you have one that you could lend me (and not worry too much if it got stolen) and i could return it when i'm done.

Hi. I have several 5 foot whips and various bracketry and cables if they're any use.

have the ariel base plate but no whip

will be in the motor sunday

Ilikemice, i think 5ft whip might be a bit of overkill esp on an MR2 but i may pm you with q's

I have a 2ft-ish whip too if that's any use. You're also welcome to borrow a meter to do the SWR if you need it.
