Just an update. About a month has gone by and it still shakes. Not all the time though. Weird. At start up it sometimes idles at 1000. Which was normal for forever.
And other times it idles at about 750 with the shake, occasionally dropping to 500. On the road, stop and go traffic, you can feel it sometimes. I might be just getting used to it though. Hiway speeds 50-70 sometimes it's as smooth as glass and other times it feels like the tires are coming off. Still gonna run it. My daily driver.
