Thanks...I just bought it a couple weeks ago for my wife to replace the aging, engine about to explode, no options '97 we had. We both love it, but i'm kinda bummed it has no LSD.

I was able to talk on the phone to the people that bought it originally, specifically the lady that drove it. She said they only traded it because her mom needed a car, they had three vehicles so they traded the Explorer...apparently, she just dove her kids around in it.

The one thing she told me that pushed me off the fence was that her husband is a fanatic with their vehicles, and had taken meticulous care of it...services, fluids, etc. That made me feel a lot better about buying it.

Traded in the 2002 yesterday for this 2009...it is a lot nicer with a V6 and about 100k less miles...

...it's really my wife's truck, I bought it for her...she's happy and loves it...that's really all that matters.

Got another one!

I traded my 2003 MINI Cooper S for a 2007 Limited with a V8 last Saturday, and just picked it up Tuesday. Like all Limited Explorers, it's pretty much loaded except for navigation.
I really wanted a V8, I haven't had one in a LONG time...just love the sound! I will be changing the exhaust so it sounds and looks better i.e. dual pipes out the back.

I love it, way more comfortable to and from work than the MINI and a ton more practical for our family with my 3 boys that just keep getting bigger!

So yea, we have 2 of the same vehicle, but they're different!
