i agree with MONMIX. to small to pick a maaco paint job apart. they can do some good "5 foot" work but once you get up on them most look like crap. would like to see some better pictures of your truck
I mean, the colors look fine and everything but I hope you are considering a pinstripe and some mods to go along with it. In my opinion, you can't really pull that color scheme off on a stock truck.
I have someone that is going to air brush a pin stripe design on for me and I am ordering my wheels next week. I do not want to get any larger then 22'' rims though
I think it looks good so far. Maaco is hit or miss. My Mustang was done by Maaco, and I did all of the prep work before- and it looked like a very good body shop job. If you let them do everything, it generally is a good 10 footer. Props for something different!
Seriously, though. Can we give the guy a little love for a unique paint scheme?
With the right rims, that'd look fantastic. I'm agreeing with the folks who thought it looks like the Harley Davidson paint. As such, though, slap on some chrome 20s.
Having looked at this again, the only thing I'd change is the amount of orange, or maybe do the fender lines black as well. But overall it's awesome. I agree with above, get the right rims and that will look pretty darn good.
Ever thought about getting rid of the runnign boards?
