Thanks for this great site. I am looking for technical service bullentin 16952/ NHTSA ID 10003839 dated July 1, 2003. Deals with Postal Explorer low oil pressure/cel/engine noise. This is a flex fuel Postal Explorer with a 4.0L engine used by the Postal Service. Can someone post it on the tech forum? Thanks again.
