Hello fellow forum-ites! This is all new to me so I hope to get the hang of it. My 2004 Explorer has 104k miles and is running like a top! It's a Ford, so it rattles, moans and groans. One sound coming from the rear end has me a little concerned. It's due for service so I hope some fresh lube will help stop the winding noise I hear every time I drive it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to this forum! It might need new bearings. There is a TSB on the differential making a whining noise.
