Yeah they're pretty popular in the crowd here. I got mine for 30-35 bucks at a pick and pull. Cleaned it up, some paint, and it's halfway decent.

Good point, missed that.
OP you'll have to make brackets to lift it, plain and simple. Get some steel plate, drill some holes and bolt it to the existing brackets the guard came with. I don't see any other way to do it unless someone else has an idea.
