I have a 92 stock xlt w/ 200,000 miles!
Runs great but if I run over a pea it feels like a boulder!.I have new shocks, well 8 months old,my radial or radius arm bushings are fairly new...the truck pulls a little to the right ,but I was told the ball joints and front end was in good shape !What the hell do I do ??
Someone PLEASE give me a check list to go through to get my beloved truck back on track!.
It is a 2 wheel drive, and never been wrecked!
Thanks all,Wallace

How are your sway bar bushings?and axel piviot bushing, and might want to check them ball joints again:)

springs?

After that many miles your springs may be shot, also even though the bushings look okay they may have lost their ability to absorb the shock. I replaced all of mine and saw a difference, to look at my old ones they still looked good. Also a wore or loose front hub bearing will give enough play to cause your ex to pull or rattle. I would check balljoints again, 200,000 miles is a lot for those parts.

I would like to replace my bushings but I don't know which ones I need to get. The thing's got 131k on it and I'm pretty darn sure they're the originals. Thanks
