Here is what I plan on installing later this year. They are the best look I can find for the Blue/Grey combo. I do like the Boss 335 Silver's too. I don't like the 'blingy' chrome wheels either.

Thanks to everybody who posted on this thread. Lots of good info!

This thread was a ton of help to me in selecting the size of tire and wheel to put on my wife's 03 Aviator.

For the wheels I ended up with a set of FOOSE Nitrous wheels with Anthricite centers and a machined rim. Specs: 20"x8.5", 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern, 34 MM Offset.

For the tires I chose the Bridgestone Dueler Alenza in 255/55/20. The overall diameter is 1.25" taller than the stock tires but I like how it filled in the wheel wells.

Here's a pic of them mounted.

The Anthricite center compliments the lower trim of the Aviator and the tires/wheels fit perfectly with zero interference at the stock ride height.

Looks great Docked Wages! I just bought new tires for mine because I didn't have the money for rims yet. If I end up keeping mine for awhile I will finally get some wheels. Excellent decision on style!!
