Hi guys.
Hopefully somebody over here can help me!?!?!?!?! It seams that our dealer over here they dont have a clue. The car is now for 4 weeks in the workshop and still they could not solve the problem.
We are driving a 2011 ford explorer limited with approx. 55thousand km. (We are living in Dubai thatswhy km). Since 10000 km I have a big problem with thr gearbox??? I got a very heavy hamming sound while changing the gear from drive to reverse. Even the car is shaking ( sorry for the stupid explanation). The dealer is trying to explain to me that this is normal. If this is normal than why I did not have this issue from the beginning??? We checked other explorers and they dont have this problem. The dealer is telling me a bunch of stories.... so please help me, because I will explode soon....
