Hard pull to the left when applying the brakes

2001 sport trac with 150k miles

When I step on the brakes hard I get a nasty pull to the left. I have just changed the rotors, calipers, pads and the hoses and still the same thing. anyone have any other suggestions?

After seeing the title I can in expecting to say caliper but seeing as you've changed it... I'd suggest getting one of those 15 dollar hand pump brake bleed kits from your local autoparts and totally flushing/bleed the entire brake system from and back. If you still have a pull I'd suggest master cylinder.

I've found a hard pull when getting on brakes has usually been a caliper sticking... least in my case.

If it's pulling to the left then the problem is in the right caliper or brake line.
