I recently started having troubles starting my engine in the morning after sitting all night. It will crank but I have to cycle it on and off 3-6 times before it will start. Once started it runs great all day until next day with no issues at all. I have had the fuel pressure checked at the rail, replaced ignition coil relay and fuel pump relay. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator and the lAC valve on top of engine. Still same issue. Is there a fuel check valve on this model year as it appears that during the long night the fuel is returning to the tank leaving the rails dry and causing a delay in start up?
