02 explorer xls manual trans

Hello, l am looking at buying a mint condition 4x2 02 explorer xls with a 5speed manual trans. I have never scene one with the manual trans before and was wanting to know how rare it is to find one of these. Does anyone know how many were built and is it worth 4500.00 . That is the price i can buy it for. The miles are 133,000 and its a 2 owner Four door xls model with a v6. Thanks for any help and information.

Special order only I believe. Very rare indeed but they definitely exist. How many are actually left is anyone's guess. There was a white one on Autotrader a couple years ago, it was pretty rough though.
