Professional radio installation company can not get the steering wheel buttons to work or the climate control working.
They are using the Maestro RR with the JVC KW-M785BW.
If you know of a different brand or model or anything to get this done I would appreciate it. I have the new bezel already.

I found a few threads on this Dennis using the Search feature but I didn't read through them all.

You've had the swap done?

Had the swap done by professional company
JVC KW-M785BW with Mestrio
Steering wheel buttons will not work and climate control will not work.
If someone knows of a different system that works please contact me ASAP as my dash is apart
ALSO
If there are FORscan programming that needs to be done I do have the software on the laptop.

As I understand, the Maestro kits only work 2015 and earlier. I looked at this when I got my '16. If memory serves, the '16 and later electronics do not easily adapt and are often missing the correct electronic pieces to interact with aftermarket gear.

The only things I have seen that work are the $2000 kits that use Ford parts.
My rig has SYNC, so I just use Waze for nav.

What kits?

OK Then does anyone have an idea how to get Ford's "Secret wiring loom" that will make this work?
According to Ford the BASE Exploder isn't wired for this Sync radio! If you never had this radio it is awesome!
