Hatch problems

I'm having the some issues with my 00 the rear window nor the hach opens plus the key won't turn and the hach doesn't lock with a good pull you can open it any ideas

I'd spray WD40 liberally into the lock cylinder and try working the key in it, and use light spray grease on the glass and gate latch mechanisms, wiggling them back and forth with your finger or pliers to work that in. If that's not enough then you might need to pull the latch mechanism out and inspect, possibly replace it. Look at the linkage to it while you're at it.
