My rear hatch window is not locking/unlocking with the rest of the electric locks. The lock for the hatch itself works fine, but I have to manually lock/unlock the window (using the key).

Please tell me this isn't normal, because it is a pain in the a$$ getting the key out with a 18-pack in one hand and a bag of chips in the other!

Thanks,
Blue

not normal... power unlock should open all 4 doors, the trunk door, and the glass hatch.

Anyone had to fix this before? Do you think I am going to need parts, or just re-attach something?

It happened to me last winter. Solution - copious amounts of WD-40 in the locking mechanism. No problems any more :D

How to get to the locking mechanism?

My rear hatch window has not worked for ages. I haven't realy done anything about it yet. Can someone tell me how to get to the locking mechanism to apply WD40?

Also my trunk door no longer opens the handel doesn't catch anything when I squeze it to open the door. Does anyone know if this is some I can replace on my own?

Thanks,

-Mike
