First thread here. Got my '99 Explorer almost a year ago, and am unable to open the rear window. I put my key into the lock and can turn it one way pending if the door is locked or unlocked. I can unlock the full door with the key just not the window. Also the rear wiper doesn't work any ideas on how to fix?
