This is a question for anyone out there with an Alpine CD player. I bought an Alpine CDE-7870, for my 96' X and my parents found the manual in the back seat so they threw it away. I was hoping someone either knew a web site i could download the manual from or maybe they had the manual i could download so i can wire up my amp and sub when i get them.

Plan on getting two pairs of Pioneer TS-A6867 6x8's for the doors, one pioneer vccs pro 12" sub with a 760 watt pioneer two channel amp bridged into i channel.

How do you think this will sound? Want good highs and mids some bass but not so much that it shakes my house and car to death.:redexp:

Goto http://www.alpine1.com then click on tech center. You will have to create a user name to get into it. They got a manual in pdf for your HU. I couldnt send a direct link due to having to log in. As far as the amp i dont think you will be happy with it. Maybe a jbl 600.1??? Just my $.002

ok thanx you guys.

MrExporer why do you think that i won't be happy with that type of amp?

If anyone has more advice on the type of amp i should get to push a 12" 800watt Pioneer TS-3041C Sub,let me know. All i want the amp for is to push that one sub because i will probably run the 6x8's off of this little 200 watt Profile Baja i found.

Im a big Pioneer fan but the only amps they make that ive been happy with is thier Premier amps. The lower end ones are kinda cheap i think. Somebody had one in one of the recent posts and returned it. Like i said im completly happy with my JBL 600.1, Which replaced a Rockford 360... I hated that amp! You can get a good deal on ebay for the JBL. But this is only my opinion and im sure there are just as good amps for around the same price. Hopefully somebody else will give you some other ideas too.. Shop around.. If you have to save some more to get something else, do that. Its better to buy something that will take care of your needs the first time . Take it from me wish i would have done that! Nothing sucks more than to have to rip out an amp that dont suit your needs and have to buy another one to do the trick.

MrExplorer have you heard of Millionbuy.com because thats the site i'm getting all my stuff off of. And if you can find a good amp on there to push my sub, that won't cost me an arm and a leg i would greatly appreciate it. And unfortiatly they don't have the Pioneer Premeir amps or subs because i wanted those but they didn't have anymore in stock.

Check out www.thezeb.com Good prices and only $6.95 shipping for the entire order. Ive great sucess with them.
