Headlight issues

New here . 2016 Police interceptor can not seem to have any confidence in getting proper pass headlight. Also skould I switch module from other side to confirm that is not the problem?

Are you saying that one of the headlamps isn't working? Are they Halogen, HID or LED? Only the latter 2 have a ballast. I believe some members have switched sides to try and check what the problem is.

LED low beam . one started working intermittently now works rarely . Assuming could just switch ballast. It sounds like it is a
lot to remove assy

You should be able to switch the ballast.
