hey everyone, i had been thinking about headlight neons for awhile, but decided it'd be too much $$ and not work right because of the separate parking lamp. well the other night i shined my green led keychain flashlight in the side of my headlight, and it looked so cool. i was wondering if you guys think i could use like radio shack led's (4 per headlight) to do this? if not, got any better ideas? thanks!

i know bmxboy did something similar with his knight rider style light on his bumper, but nothing in his headlight. just be careful when u do this though, cus itz illegal. just do it when ur parked cus if ur moving and a cop sees it, u can get ticketed.

as for gettin some LEDs, make sure to hook up a resister to it and then to the power source and a switch. you prob wont need a relay, but other lighting gurus will answer that

is it illegal? thats not cool then. hmm...oh well, ill think about it. do i need a resistor if they are 12v leds?

any modification to the stock lights is illegal in most cases...screw it and do it anyways.... just have them wired on their own switch and dont use red or blue

oh, that sucks. haha, yeah, youre such a bad influence on me ;) they'd be green. think this is something i could be pulled over for? ive seen pleanty of people with blue, red, green and clear (me) bulbs in their clear corners. i think this'd attract about as much attention...
