LEDs or Neons?

What is everyones opinion on underbody lights? Should I go with LED tubes or with standard neons? Which is brighter? Or More break resistant? Thanks

neither until yoiu have some major other mods. like wheels a big drop, HIDs, etc. etc.

spend yoiur money on the other things first imo

neons are cool, but look dumb on stockish vehicles

do a search for neon light write up. Also Leds tend to give you a very directional glow (read: straight line on the street) the neons (Gold Series) will give you a much more spread out and full glow. I would go with neons first, or if you want decent glow and some functions (flashing etc.) check out the streetglow led underbody kit. From what ive seen its a compromise of both (DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM STREETGLOW!)

I saw a car with white led underbody kit...it looked really good very bright plus his went to the music of the car. Check ebay for a cheap LED Underbody kit I think they go for under $80

some people don't have near enough money for any of these things......therefore they must work with what they can

i personally like neons over leds (i'm usually all for LEDS) but in the underbody case i must vote against them...i've never really been impressed with their light output... just me though
