how do You replace the headlight switch 93 ford ranger

Pull out ashtray, remove two screws. Pull of headlight knob. Carefully remove the dash bezel. Held in place by 6 clips I believe. Unscrew the plastic piece that holds to switch to the bracket. Remove the two screws on the bracket and voila

Should take you 10 to 15 mins. Very easy job

Huh?? I haven't done this and you probably have, but how does the ashtray factor in? It's in the center of the dash, and the headlight knob is far left, next to the door...

To take the dash bezel off, you must remove the two screws that are hidden by the ash tray
