The Seats Are PreWired.. I Really wanna know Color Wires are + n -
on the Seats.. So I dont short them out.. Also, what size Fuse Should

By looking at the diagram, the heater gets its ground from the module. The module is grounded via a black wire.
The positive comes from a 30-amp fused circuit wired to the light blue/white wire. Clearly that's the one that's powering the actual element.
The switches are wired to a 7.5-amp fused circuit via the gray/yellow wire. The module will "see" that positive voltage when you press the switch and know to turn the device on or off.
