heater problem

Hi I have a 1995 explorer. The heater will not shut off. It is the digital one. Everything on it works fine it just will not shut off. Even with the vehicle off it does not shut off. I have to pull the fuse. If anybody has any ideas I`m open for any info. Thanks

Have u tried another ''climate control''?, if it works the same then thats not it, it is something else.
