Found this site while trying to find a fix for the seat trim on my wife's 2020 Explorer platinum. Hoping I can find some help. I'm a Ford retiree from the Louisville Assembly Plant where the Explorer was first launched in 1990. Started there in 1972 building Ford Galaxie, LTD's and F series pickups. Saw a lot of changes at that plant from my hire-in till I retired in 2003 and saw quite a few vehicles roll off those assembly lines.
