Hey whats up im new to this site and i have a quick ? i have a 92 X 4 door eddie bauer 4.0L automatic :thumbdwn: with 5.5 superlift and 33 bfg mts
even know im new to the explorer thing im thinking of selling it or building it but im not to sure what im going to be doing the ? is how much do u think its worth but before u going thinking about it heres the promblem the trannys gone and its not in the best of shape im not meaning its ready for the junkyard but the driver side front fender has a dent the rocker has some rust nothing u can see through but its there the front tires have about 50% tread on them and the backs have just a little less ( someone frogot to rotate them ) the oil has always been changed ( i know the previous owner ) every 3000 to 5000 miles along with greased. the one buchwacker flare is busted but the rest are fine its loaded and everything works except for cruise tan leather has some wear. and it has about 170,000 miles First ? is do i put the auto back in it clean it and sell it or do i put another tranny in it and build it. but first help me out with what its worth as is right now thanks appreciate it

I wouldn't expect more than maybe 800 bucks if it has a blown transmission in it.

I dont know if this helps or not....

I just picked one up for $800, it is in great shape except for the stupid auto tranny is fried..... The rest of the truck looks brand new ( literaly ). It is a 91 xlt, with 130,000 miles and good service records..... Like I said, dont know if that helps or not, but it is what it is.... Good Luck
