Hello and can anyone help with brake problem

Hi everyone, am new to the site and could really use some help in solving a braking problem with my explorer.When I brake I get a loud air noise and the pedal goes rigid. Does not happen everytime but is worrying. Many thanks

id say your brake booster has gone bad, and it auta be worrying,, every time it does that cud be the one puts u or your family into incoming traffic or an immovable object,,

You may want to try to bleed the brakes to see if there's any air in the system. Here's a link toy one of our videos,that shows you how to do this.
