I'm new here, however I have been on several Ford related forums before. I am actually here because of the most excellent Transmission Rebuild Diaries for the 4R70W posted by Glacier991. This information has proven absolutely invaluable, considering most trans shops or individual builders would rather make a buck then help / teach someone how to do it themselves.
