Finaly registered after using available threads over the past year...special thanks for the blend door actuating motor replacement...at least now I have heat (unfortunately the motor I put in is not the right one, but we'll address that when I need AC)! I think I am gonna commit to keeping my '03 Exploer as long as possible...I have had a '91 Sport, '97 Sport and now my current '03 XLT. Got 105k on her, so starting to have a few bugs...not much of a motorhead, but willing to learn. Thanks in advance for the help I will receive.
