Hello from Hokie country

Hi y'all.

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. I am the proud owner of a 2000 Limited Ford Explorer, with a 5.0L V8 and 286k miles. I am from central Virginia and an currently attending Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). I found this site when trying to get tips for doing some of my own maintenance, as being a broke college student it super difficult find money to pay a garage every time my baby needs some work.

Welcome to this forum! Why pay somebody to do the work if you could do it yourself? We have an extensive database of knowledge to fix most of the issues that arise.
