Hello from Rifle, Colorado

Hey all,

New to the forum. Recently purchased a 97 V8 Explorer with 173k. I've been into Ford's all my life, but have had a Toyota 4Runner for the past couple years (it's a great vehicle). I purchased the 97 as a project vehicle/weekend warrior. Its certainly turned into a project as it needs extensive exhaust work (previous owner straight piped it....). Looking forward to all the forums have to offer! Here's a couple pictures of it, in all it's purple glory

Those look like 31's on there. Any mods done to the fenders? Any rubbing?

31s fit fine on a stock explorer no rubbing

Can't say for sure if they are 31s. I know it's not the stock size for sure. They'll need replacing eventually either way... Pretty dry rotted :thumbdwn:
