Hello, I have a small Q

Hello, I am quite new here, I just recently bought myself a -97 Explorer, with all extras.

For your information, I am Swedish, living in Sweden/Stockholm.

My Q: The Horn does not work at all and I really can not locate the horn itself. Where is it? Anyone who can tell me where the horn is located under the hood?

As for the horn, assuming the European Explorer is the same as the US Explorer, then the horn is located outside the body but under and behind the driver's side headlight. The easiest way to access it is through the wheel well - so you may have to remove the black plastic material that protects the wheel well.

Your horn should be located below the battery tray.

I assume that all Explorers here in Sweden are the same as int the USA, many of them are even imported dirctly by the owners.

Not a problem. The site ia a little over whelming with all the sub forums it has.

I will have to tell my wife that there is another member from Sweden. Her great grandparents came over from Sweden & she is very proud of her heritage.
