Found a link here from TRS in lo of my search for info on putting a 302 in my 98 EB 4x4 Explorer. This forum is priceless!
Finally saved up enough money to buy a new truck but just couldn't get myself to part with my explorer. It's saved my life quite a few times and has become my 2nd home.
My Goals for my Explorer this Year are to:
1. Swap V6 with 302 V8 (& radiator, pump, etc,)
2. Swap 5E to a custom 4R70W (built the 4R already just need to swap it once I get the V8 in)
3. Swap case to a BW4406 or Atlas II if I end up with some extra $$$
5. Mod chip
7. Detroit electric back diff Locker
8. Front manual hub conversion
9. Performance exhaust sys.
