i have a 2014 Explorer with the paint blistering on the front edge of the hood. Is there really a fix for this. It seems like this problem has been going on forever. Will there be a recall on this problem?

Welcome to this forum! Have you spoken to the dealer about it? Did you purchase it new or used? You might be covered by the factory warranty since it's a manufacturing defect. There could be a recall if enough people complain about the same issue.

Thanks, I bought it used from the dealer who sold it new. I got a extended warranty with it. The dealer does know about it they told me Ford only warranties paint and body for 12 months or 12 thousand moles. I did check it out and that is what it states. The dealer told me it is a $900.00 job and Ford will cover $456.00 of the cost. The local body shop said it will cost $400.00 to paint the entire hood.
