Name's Larry, just signed up. I bought a 98 Ranger 4x4. Got it pretty reasonable due to problems it was supposed to have. It didn't have any of the ones I was told it had. Just replaced a leaking intake now I've got an O2 sensor code so the fight goes on. Was looking for what other poo eople had done when this code appeared or if it was just c an obvious replace the part senario. Code p1131

Double check for vacuum leaks. That's usually why it throws that code.

Welcome to this forum! Refer to the vacuum diagram under the hood. Sometimes there are vacuum lines in hidden places which develop cracks or become loose over time. Check the PCV & power brake booster rubber grommets for cracks as well.
