After swopping out motors, I noticed that my 4wd isnt working. here is the deal....you flip the switch, the light comes on, and you can hear the transfer case lock into place....espically with 4 low. Also, the front driveshaft is pulling and turning. But my front tires are not pullling. I really need to get this fixed, and any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.....seth

while I have you reading this one thread......maybe you can help with my ABS light, I did a search couldnt really help me.....came on and sure enough it isnt working. Any ideas? (came on after a hard hit when 4-wheeling)

I'm just guessing so here it goes:

If you have powerflow up to the front diff then maybe you have a hub problem?

Check your wheel speed sensors for the ABS light. Look for damage or mud.

Make sure the vacuum lines are plugged into the modulator on the front axle, and make sure they are connected at the engine side too.

A hubs problem !!! ... I think you have automatics hubs, check them, and try to repair them if theres problems.
I have auto hubs, but I thinking to replace them with manual hubs.

He does not have auto hubs. The hubs are direct-drive. If his hubs were blown then he wouldn't be driving it.

I second Jason. Sounds like the Vacuum Disconnect line on your front differential has been disconnected. As for the abs light, probably just a wheel sensor out of whack.
