Hi all,

Ok before anyone says I should've done something else, I know this. I was in a pinch and Autozone doesn't list the correct belt length and since it was 30 minutes away and I only had one ride there, this is the route I took...

My ac compressor siezed and had to be replaced. I had to use the bypass pulley due to not having any idea what the length is for my truck. I put it on and now the belt won't stay on track. Does anyone know the belt length for the 2000 Eddie Bauer without the ac or how to adjust the pulley? FYI it is tracking off of the crankshaft pulley and toward the block (inside).

Anyone have any experience with this pulley? It has 2 sets of a spring locking type of washer as well, and I don't know which set to use or what the rhyme or reason for them is. I did however see two of these sort of pressed into the condenser holes when I removed it.

Thanks all for your help!

Dan
