Did you check for power directly at the blower motor? If you have power there and your ground is good, then you need a blower motor.

There is a resister, but the way it works, you would still have at least the highest speed working. When they burn out the lower speeds, where the resister glows red hot fail, on high it's straight through. I have never seen one fail completely but I suppose it's possible. Those are $15-25 and easy to change
but if you remove it you can see if it's bad.

Blower relay info

CHECK THE BLOWER RELAY LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, BEHIND THE GRILL. THIS RELAY BOX IS PRONE TO CORROSION. CLEAN THE CONTACTS. YOU CAN TAP THE RELAY AND IT MAY ACTIVATE THE FAN. I FOUND A POST FROM 2002 THAT HAS SOME GREAT PHOTOS. CHECK OUT THE FOLLOWING.

Run a jumper from the + side of the battery to the blower motor. If the motor kicks on, then you problem will be a relay/fuse or resistor or wiring.

I have the same problem only mine worked on and off for a day until it quit out completely. Thanks for the answers im going to jump the blower motor hopefully it turns on, then i will buy the relay. Does anyone know if its the one closer to the drivers side or on the passanger side. Also where is the resistor?

My 1995 owners manual has an illustration of the "ENGINE COMPARTMENT RELAY MODULE #1". Looking down at the relay module the right side is labeled "BLOWER MOTOR", and the one next to it is labeled "BLOWER MOTOR GROUND". Both have to work.

I have a 1995 Explorer Limited with climate control. There are no relays in the box depicted in the picture. Where would the blower motor relay be then, if it is not in that box?
