HELP? Cant figure it out.

I just noticed my explorer started doing this maybe a week ago. When Im in park, and throw it in drive and cut the wheel all the way, I feel the bottom floor shake, so does the steering wheel. It doesnt shake hard but it is noticable. Also seems like when im in park or trying to turn into a tight spot the steering feels a little hard "sometimes" not all the time. I cant figure out whats wrong.

It could be the power steering, it can flutter sometimes, especially if you turn the steering wheel with the engine off. this allows air into the system and can take a while to self bleed. if thats the case it cures itself and does not cause any damage

also you might want to check the power steering fluid level. if you are low it might shake too. just fill it up and it should fix itself.
