HELP!!!! engine clicking after mobbing a deep puddle

just do the compression test , and post the numbers for each cylinder, , but i think it should be about 100-150 for each cylinder,,

well my dad called his friend whos a certified mechanic and he said to bring it in seeing as the ticking could be very bad and not to drive on it so as of right now my child is in the shop. ill let you guys know when i get it back what the exact problem was. thanks for all the help

well after 4 days at the shop they figured it out. bent push rods. they are replacing my whole engine now. awesomeeeee i no longer have a wallet till im 30 (im only 17)

i think you mean bent connecting rod. your engine does not have push rods.

and yes, that is most likely from a temporarily hydrolocked engine.

the 91-94's had a TSB about driving through shallow water and engine damage.

hah yea connecting rods my bad. but hey on the brightside i get a brand new engine with 100,000 mile warranty and 3 years too.
