Help! ex wont start

My 93 explorer was running rough. Bogging and had a rough idle. I cleaned the MAF, and throttle body today and after I got everything back together it started and then died.
At first it was trying to start but now it just turns over. The engine light was on before I even cleaned the MAF and throttle body and still is but I can't get it to read on a tester.
It has a new fuel pump and filter as well as new plugs and wires. I didn't break the wires on the MAF. I'm open to suggestions folks.

Start with the basics. You can run a KOEO test an it will give some codes for us to help. Since we don't know if CEL was from your MAF or something else that would be #1.
As for starting, check Fuel pressure, need 2 things to start FUEL and SPARK.
Lets go from there
