Help front end vibration.

I have a 97 explorer sport control track .
When goin down the road it clunks and shakes and vibrates alot the faster i go the worse it is can barley hold the wheel it just started doing this all of a sudden.. Plz help of course it happens day after xmass

Get the front wheels off the ground and inspect.
Also check anything that turns in the drive train.

see how slow you can be going to feel the vibration, stick your head out of the window to see if the it is a once per rotation of the wheel thing. bad tires will feel like the vehicle is doing a little wobble once per rotation. I suggest scrutinizing the tires first cause its the most likely.

Its a cv shaft guys $250 to fix it a side should i do one side or both
