Okay guys here is whats happneing... There are three things...
1) When I turn on the heat/ac when I'm idling the explorer will sit there and go from about 800 rpm down to about 300 rpm and almost stall and then go back up to normal... It happens about every 10 seconds or so... Rick said that he thought it may be a vacuum line, so can anyone tell me where to start looking for this disconnected/broken line...
2) When I turn my left front tire now rubs... It didn't before... I think its just the plastic moulding has moved forward from the run... I did A LOT of clanging and banging this weekend...
3) When I accelerate hard I get a loud thunk from the left front wheel well area... Sometimes it thunks once sometimes up to three times... This is also the same side that is now rubbing...
Please help guys my baby is sick and I don't know exactly how to make her better... Any thing you reccomend that I check??? I'd rather not have to pay a mechanic to tell me whats wrong...
Thanks...
BTW the stats on the truck are as follows....
96 AWD V8
2" PA Body Lift
Shackles
TT @ about 1.25
Thanks again!!!
