Help in finding were to purchase tool

Hi Everyone I am a new member:

I will get right to the point. I need to find where to purchase the Anti-Lock Test Adapter T90P-50-ALA so I can bleed my ABS system on my 2001 Explorer Sport.
I tried looking everywhere but have had no luck. Hope someone can help.

Anyone ever use one of these before?
I was just wondering what benefit it has over manual break bleeding and how it works. It looks by the instructions that it uses the anti lock pump to bleed the breaks, or does it just bleed the anti lock pump?

It cycles the solenoid block while you manually bleed the brakes.
