Help locating extra bearing location.

Hey, i got a 06 2x4 ranger 2.3l. I ripped apart the tranny to replace burnt out clutch packs and the forward one-way clutch that blew up. I have 1 thrust bearing left over, and i cant figure out where it goes! I spent hours going through manuals and cant seem to find the location for this bearing. Behind the center support or on top of the pump seem like the 2 possible locations. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I''m thinking of just leaving it out now, it kind of just fell out of somewhere before i could mark its location.
