help loose axle after installing add a leaf

i just installed a 2" suspensionn lift with add a leaf in the rear. the axle and the leafs arent lined up or something need help. drove it around the block once and hear it jerking around please tell me the correct way to put a leaf in or what i did wrong.

Did you use the stock bolts that hold the spring pack together? I used the smaller diameter bolts that came with the add-a-leafs because the hole in them was too small to use the stock bolts. This allowed the leaf springs to shift when I drove.

I have since drilled out the hole in the add-a-leafs to accommodate the larger stock bolts.

Also, be sure to torque all bolts down to spec.

Did you go back and tighten all the connecting hardware? Did you use an impact wrench or hand tools? When you put on the add-a-leaf did you compress the spring pack together w/ the add-a-leaf with c-clamps? It's all the little things that really matter.
